What can you return?
Except underwear, you can return everything in these terms:
- Within 14 days of purchase date.
- In its original packing. With the hangtag and barcode stickers.
- Unused and unwashed.
Who will pay return shipping charges?
Customer will pay all the shipping charges.
How to create returns?
Please contact us by mail and tell us you want to return the product.
We will get back to you and send you refund form to fill.
Once you send the package, please send us mail with the tracking number.

When will I be refunded?
30 days after receiving your order in our factory, refund will be generated. The refund will include item cost only, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
What should you do if you receive defective item?
This rarely happens, but if you get defective item, send us photo of the problem by mail and describe the issue, we will do our best to resolve the issue by the photo you sent us, if we determine the defect is our fault, you can choose to get full refund include shipping cost or exchanged item, the exchange item shipping cost will be covered by us.
